Spot Lights on 98 ZJ 5.9
 

Howdy All
Stan here, I am new to the forum and am looking forward to learning and giving as much back as i can. My ZJ is in great shape but relatively stock at the moment. I have installed a Garvin Rack, , which I love, stout and wide! Also Kevin's Offroad rear bumper, rockers and on order is the stealth front bumper . Will have to upload some pics. So far so good but can't stop now.

My question to the forum is I would like to install LED spotlights and wondered is there was anyone with experience doing this. My thought was two on the roof, one for the passenger side. I like the thought of being able to aim the beam, as opposed to a stationary light bar. Any input would be throutoughly appreciated.

With a spot light you want it close to the drivers field of view so the roof or a pillar mounts would be good.As far as brand that depends a lot on your budget but i would make sure they are ip68 rated so they are water proof.Most cheaper ones are ip67 which is water resistant pretty much.Do your roof rack have mounts for lights on it or are you gonna add them ?And if you want pillar mounts or top of fender mounts i know some sites.
