Please help identify this (first picture) the white piece of plastic with the metal rod coming from it
I need to know the part that actuates this as it doesn’t move when selecting the vent mode on the ATC.
ATC (No vacuum hoses)
I went to turn in defrost this morning and found that no matter what setting I put it on, air only comes from the front vents.
Ive owned it 3 weeks with no problems. But last night when I drove it home. Air was only coming from defrost when I had set it to front vents. Eventually the front vents kicked on but now I know it became the problem I’m having now
ATC diagnostics are showing 38 46, 55 and 56
The first picture shows the lever on the left of the ATC in the driver foot well. This thing determines if air goes to Vents or Defrost Vent, but the motor isn’t working. I need to know what the name of the motor that moves this rod.
The above Picture is the metal wire connected to this actuator or whatever you call it. It will not move no matter what setting I select on the vent mode dial and it should move. I just have no idea what moves this part.
I can disconnect the metal wire that is holding this white clip. When I push it up, Defrost vents work. When I hold it down, front vents work. So theirs no debris inside the vents that is stopping it.. Any tips?
