Default When I was young

My one and only found this picture in some of my mom stuff, this was our last race the Mint 400 1972, we were the youngest team to field a vehicle, this last race I did solo (a mistake). We ran 6 races from 1970 to 1972. Oh to be young again. My mom cut it to fit her wallet. I rolled it at mp 358 2:39 am at the Mint.
Back of pic.

Back in the day we had lots of fun and input from the likes of Bill Stroppe, P.J. and Drino Miller (he was one of our sponsors). The Mint that year was brutal and I drove it solo (my co-driver was really sick) and when I came into into my last pit my partners just said "one mor lap"and I'm saying "yeah, yeah I want to go to bed" and then mp337 a off camber left turn hit to fast and rolled 2:37 am landed on all fours and I was shaken and pretty stired, spent the rest of the night and part of the day in a sleeping bag, they found me at around 10:00 am. Enough said. Ask questions and all try to answer. (This whole thing is a flashback LOL)

Yeah, back in 65, I had a chance to invest in a small startup company doing electronic solid state products at $5 a share and I didn't do it. That company today is TEXAS INSTRUMENT!!!! That was just before they got the Government contract for Sidewinder missile guidance systems. I had $1000 that was burning a hole in my pocket.
