SHTF this AM and I'm happy. Seriously, Owners are glad I brought it to their attention. It's going to be a great day. Hope everyone has a great day too.

WGMG. Most everything last 24 hrs. Stupid drama last night then this AM. Hopped in one of the YJ's to go to work. Got on it pulling into traffic and apparently I hadn't noticed drivers seat was missing a bolt up front and #2 pulled thru the floor pan sending me damn near into the back seat and scaring the **** outta me. Not to mention nearly causing an accident. That'll wake yer *** up at 6 AM. Son of a.... then though I had a short day today, boss outta town and be damned if they didn't schedule me two interviews late in the day. Last one being 530. Spent an hour interviewing the kid only for him to tell me he was joining the guard and had boot camp coming soon.... gggrrrrrrr

Yeah, thats a big bright line with flashing lights, sirens, and dancing rodeo clowns that he crossed.

There is no way to spin what he did. None. Glad you have a good relationship with the official that got the report.

That is 10 to 20 in the big house, I went and looked... Not just for him, but cease and desist operations orders and his superiors too. That is serious stuff. No question about what would happen if he worked for me... If they keep him they are in on it toooooo...

Got to work really early somehow.
Last meeting of the day ended early.

Strolled to the jeep excited about my afternoon off...
What is normally a 25 minute commute at 3pm ended up being 75.
Got inside and the dog had puked all over her crate. Shes a 75lb Belgian Malinois, so not a small amount. Had to wash the crate in 45F weather. Couldn't find the hose nozzle for a while, and when I did it was cracked.

Then she bit me while I was trying to clean her off (pressure, didn't break the skin, but she was definitely telling me to stop.)

And my kindergartener got in trouble for lying, spitting, and generally acting like an army private with an alcohol problem in class

Glad it worked out, man! You've had a lot of **** to deal with at that job. Good when it finally turns out the right way!

Witch had the audacity to schedule me for that training at the exact time and day I had a shift, and then pin it on me... 20-years-younger me was too timid to stand up to her and the other witch she reported to. Lost out on a substantial raise/promotion to floor manager because of it.

Dad always taught me to take responsibility and own up to my actions. Integrity was #1 and still is. Situations like these though... You're gonna stain my reputation to save your own @$$? I thought.

It's quite common now. Far too many out there who will throw someone else under the bus rather than admit a mistake. Superiors need to keep an eye out for this and keep track of it, because someone like this would also do this to them too. Especially if they are "ladder climbers" looking to take their superior's position. I have seen it happen a lot and have learned to recognize the signs of it coming. What happened to you is the first sign of what is to come, her superior better watch their own rear with this one...
