I've only made one in my life that I've ever stuck to.

Lol... I kind of stick with that too. Because I can't seem to keep them anyways.

I just kinda see it like this...if you really wanna change something in your life, then just do it. Don't procrastinate, wait for a specific day to do it, set too lofty goals that you'll never reach.

I get the whole clean slate thing, but way too many people fall into the trap of doing too much all at once...then suffer the disappointment when they fail.

That's a good outlook. I try, but somehow outside influences tend to mess up my plans. But I keep trying... "OK, reset." lol
