Ever see one on a Firebird before they came out with the shaker scoop? It's a big as a bathtub with a huge rubber cuff.

New fangled drag racing stuff Dave. Where you don't mind having solid mounts and need extreme engine to frame strength. They sandwich at the front of the block between accessories like the water pump and they also make them to sandwich at the back between the block and the trans. If I remember right they first started using these in all out drag rail frames.

Thank you so much, you are right on the money. My apologies to everyone for getting tied up and not being able to explain this earlier.

I can't read the sign because of the image compression. Do they have a Jaguar sign in front of that Countach?

(Also, I feel bad for initially thinking it was a Lotus Esprit)

I dont get a stiffy over exotic cars/supercars... But a Countach? Oh hell yes. Ive only seen it a couple times, but theres a guy here in town with a white one that looks like it just rolled outta the factory.
