Default How to Save an Original Sticker & Plastic Repair

On a 91 Cherokee... pulled a dash from another XJ. The metal portion must be sanded and repainted. There is an original inspection sticker on the metal. I am thinking to remove and save the sticker... razor blade, tweezers and a hairdryer?

Also, I cracked the hard plastic in a couple of places. What kind of glue should I use?
