Default Continuation of garage thread

Posted a while back about building some shelves in my garage. Taking things a bit further now and going to refurbish the whole thing.
I make some plans in Sketch Up. Somewhat happy with the results so far, but really need to work on the workbench.

Any thoughts?

when in doubt, add more storage. you can never have enough storage.

I'm trying to work it out so that the shelf with the storage bins can eventually wrap around all four walls. It's a bit of a tight fit near the door going inside and above the garage door tracks.

Throwing around the idea of building my own storage bins with maybe some 1x3s and 1/4" plywood.

Don't forget that narrow space between the overhead doors. Some narrow shelves there can store chemicals like WD40, windshield washer fluid, fuel system cleaner, throttle body cleaner, brake cleaner, anything you'd use at the spur of the moment. Even cleaning supplies.
