I pulled some thick cut pork chops out of the freezer this morning, defrosting them now. Debating on what I'd like to do with them.

At first I was thinking Caribbean jerk sauce...then flip flopped and thought, 4th of July, slather them with sauce. Then I thought, why not stuff them?

Currently looking at recipes, haha...found one that uses spicy pork sausage as a stuffing...

Too much? LOL

Almost makes me wanna try it, haha...too bad there's no bacon in the house. And I'm not going anywhere NEAR the grocery store today, haha....besides, I just got back from a beer run...love the jeep. Got 3 compliments on it there, always nice.
