XJ Tape Deck Mod
I have an aftermarket Kenwood CD player in my 1990 XJ, but I’d love to also be able to play my cassette tapes in the car. Is there a way that I can install a tape deck on the dash and run it through the CD player?

Let's assume for the moment that you're not trolling. :innocent: Does your Kenwood have an aux in? Are you sure? Did you check the manual? Do you have a tape deck, or are you looking for one? |

Two decks in the dash? Are you taking crazy pills?
Sell your decks and get a single tape deck that supports a CD changer. Problem solved. |

Our 01 still has a tape deck. Lol . we got the adapter cassette with the auxiliary input cable. I was listening to some tapes for like the first year of ownership. But they were all so old they all eventually broke.
