horn yes. light no. But it's more complex than that.

What you'd want to do is have a DPST or DPDT relay for the lock/horn. That would isolate the two circuits to prevent several problems, like making your doors lock every time you hit the horn and possibly also causing fires.

The light would be the same situation, but I'm assuming you'd want the light to come on for longer than the 1 second needed to trigger the unlock. You'd have to add in a circuit somewhere with maybe a microcontroller so the light doesn't stay on all the time.

no, but i suppose you could use two SPST relays to "make" a DPST setup.

so would regular 5 pole relay be a spst? if so would two of them be wired to make the horn function with the lock button?

5 pole would be spdt but yes, two of them would work.

But really at this point you should be cutting your losses and buying a unit that already has the features you want, like the Avital 2101L

It's just keyless entry, no alarm. But it does have the horn honk and interior illumination features you want.

Any other Omega 43T installs out there? My factory receiver seems to be dead and was thinking about trying the 43T. Any issues. I have a 2000 Sport

so can the rev 12 be wired up in the overhead dome light? Would be nice to retain lights and horn.
