Winch not working or clicking PLEASE HELP
 

Stuck in creek today, tried numerous time to climb up slick creek bank. Got out tried to turn winch release knob, wouldnt turn but 1/4 of the way. Grabbed controller to spool winch out to unjam clutch. Pressed out, spooled out for half a second then stopped. Now it wont winch either way and the solenoid is NOT clicking. Searched plenty of times and found nothing for winch not working and solenoid NOT clicking. PLEASE HELP, i have a big wheeling trip coming up and i absolutly need this winch. It is a Smittybuilt XRC 12000lb. Thank you!! :icon_cheesygrin:

Verify that the winch has power going to it.
