I just googled "female electrical pin" and found a lot of results, didn't find a difinitive name. I think I did see a variety of sizes though, keep that in mind.
Here's a random link:

And try this place, just ordered a couple plugs for my car through them, they sell all kinds of connectors with pigtails as well as components to rebuild plugs:

What exactly are the connectors for? What did they come off of?

Well it is essentially a spade terminal x12, no fancy name. The pic you posted is probably a specific application for subaru. This link is generic terminal parts, Not sure about finding local though. Subaru dealer might sell that x12 individually, or use singles available anywhere.

those look to be molex connectors. i'd also look into weather pak connectors too. i use weather pak's for most of my harnesses and stuff i build.

Weather Packs are great, but I don't think they apply to this case.

OP, just look for any non insulated, crimp on female terminal that will fit on the spade in the relay. Any auto parts store should have them on the electrical rack for a couple bucks.

I prefer insulated ones myself (they are coated with plastic), but if you have to shove them into a waterproof housing they may not fit.

Don't forget the dielectric grease as well.
