Weird buzzing in dash

I noticed while driving a buzzing noise comming from behind the vent above the headlight switch, it was not consistant. And it would stop when i turned the car off, im gonna see if i can get back their, but would any one know what would be back their to do that besides the head light switch. Thanks

Turn signal switch isn't fully returning to center. Wiggle the stalk next time it happens.

I ended up having to replace it. It's real name is a multifunction switch.

Most Likely It's Coming from the Headlight Switch itself.
When you Hear it Do you have the Headlights On?
If So your Headlight Switch Has Corroded Contacts or Is about to Fail.

Had the Same Problem w/ my 96. Eventually the Headlights started to go Off Suddenly & Without Warning.
The Stock Wiring has No Relay between the Switch & the Headlights & carries the entire Electrical Load, which causes Overheating & Switch Failure.

Best way to Solve the Problem is to Buy & Install an Upgrade Headlight Wiring Harness w/Relays, such as this one : http://www.ebay.com/itm/262483542712?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITIt's High Quality & Cheaper than the Parts to do it yourself! I Know, because I Priced all the Parts & the ebay Harness Is Way Cheaper & Much Higher Quality Parts.
Another Way is: First, get some Contact Cleaner & Clean out the Switch.
Then Switch over to LED Headlight Bulbs & Housings.
That's what I Did & Problem Solved, as the LED's draw much Less Voltage & are Lower Amperage than the Stock Halogen Headlights. Therefore Less Heat at the Switch.
Also Planning to Order the Headlight Harness Anyway. Just for the Upgrade & Switch Protection.

That it happens when you turn the Jeep off says to me that it was the headlight delay module making the noise or giving the feedback at least. Was likely a bad ground somewhere.
