Replacing the OEM radio with a Pioneer radio that I have. Got this from Crutchfield and the two ends plug right up to the OEM wiring but have to splice the other wiring the the Pioneer radio. Is there a plug to just plug n play?

no. that is how they are made.

there is no way companies could make adapter harnesses for every single specific head unit/vehicle combo. So they make harness adapters for the specific vehicle which is color coded to connect to the head unit harness of whatever head unit you have

Its pretty simple. Solder the wires according to the wiring diagram on the adapter baggie between the head unit and adapter harness, then plug it all in and drop the stereo in place.
