Phone vs Radio Issue
 

Greetings,

I recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee, new off the Dealership lot. Hence, I am new to the forum.

Background:
My cell phone is an HTC One (M8).
The Uconnect System is 8.45N/RA4.
The phone is properly paired to the system.

Issue:
As soon as I turn on the Bluetooth in my phone, the screen shows I am connected to my first contact, which is also my first preset for the dialer.
At this point, the radio is no longer audible, and even though the screen on the Uconnect shows a call in process, it is not connected and I am able to dial out.

The only way I can get the radio back is to disconnect my phone. I have tried "End"-ing the call, as well as transferring the call, but nothing changes. Any ideas?
