Headlight issue: Aftermarket LED's are installed.

After weeks of work trying to diagnose this I am at my wits end..
Weeks ago my Headlight delay module started buzzing and the headlights would flicker after the vehicle was off.
I replaced the headlight switch, removed the delay module, replaced the wiring harness from battery to headlights.
No more buzzing but now my headlights turn on in the middle of the night when the vehicle is off and locked, draining my battery.
Pictures attached of wiring harness I installed.

Default 2:09 Am here just woke up to the same thing.

I was woken up by the light outside I have aftermarket LED headlights such as yourself. Went out there and the Delay relay was hollering like it had been buzzing for a while. Turned the key Jeep started just fine, tried cycling the lights to turn off no luck. Unplugged the delay relay and the lights turned off when the headlight switch was in the off position. Interestingly enough some water was in the relay no idea how floor mats were dry and so was under the dash. I’m gonna let it dry and plug it back in come morning when I leave for work. I’d be curious to see what you find if anything. Best of luck these things get fun when the electrical gremlins rear their ugly heads.

The relay itself is just a bimetal switch, have you replaced it yet? Also thinking about this for my own '92 project, it might need a load resistor on the harness so that the relay heats and clicks off correctly
