LED Projector Headlight Wiring
 

I bought some cheap projector headlights made by Spyder.

Well I got them and the have the bulb already inside and two wires coming out from the headlight

So basically all I know is to tap into my running lights which will make the led work. Problem is I have no clue how to do that and have no experience with wiring. I have a voltage meter but barely know how to use it. I also can't find which bulb to tap into as there are two on the running light below it
