Default Hydrodipped Double Din Limited Radio Bezel for '97 And Up

Came across this in one of the Facebook groups and I gotta say from the picture I can't tell the difference between it and the one in my '00.

Guy said it wasn't cheap, $200 all in, and while I like having a stock radio was thinking somebody might be interested in this and willing to shell out the money.
He said he had it done here:

Wow, I really like that. Been waiting to see one of these for awhile. For $200, I'm good, but that's pretty cool.

That is what I thought.
Pretty sure he said he sent them his Limited bezel to match.
Probably why it looks as good as it does.

Wow, I see little difference between the factory burlwood and the aftermarket dash kit!!! If I were upgrading the aftermarket Single DIN in my Grand Cherokee WJ, I'd DEFINITELY look into hydrodipping... I'd also try and hydrodip my other trim pieces. Aluminum does NOT go well with the Taupe interior.

Looks great... I'd assume they need to take the rubberized coating off the Metro piece before they hydrodip for the pattern...Between that and possibly a clearcoat after the dip you'll get to 200 quick...
