94 Xj no power to ignition switch

i have 12v in both under hood and under dash fuse panels, but no 12v power to any of the wires for the ignition switch.

I've been searching online for a wiring diagram for the ignition switch to figure out if there's something I'm missing.

As of right now I have no " accessory " power or keyed on power, which I am assuming it's from no power to the ignition switch.

The larger 60a ignition fuse under the hood is good and has power.

I'm stumped and I'm not sure where else to start looking, so any help would be great

Ignore the wierd red marks, but from what I recall this wiring diagram is accurate, not sure if it will help you, but it is the wires that go to the connector inside the steering column right underneath the ignition. Maybe this will help, im no wiring expert
