Default 12 inch subwoofer enclosures

I had two kicker CVR’s given to me last weekend . I’m not a kid anymore so I’m not trying to wake the neighbors and only want one sub and don’t want it to look like crap... is there a way to enclose a 12 in back of XJ and not look like a big man child ? Or should I just trade/sell the 12’s for one of the enclosures they sell for the XJ in The cargo area ? Thanks

Thinking you are not wanting a DIY solution. But this caught my eye.
Can't tell if it is DIY or not. Noticing the contours in the box.
Anyway.....

I would like to think that he is not asking $300 for that.
And he might ship.
You would be amazed at what I have had shipped to me when
trying to source those harder to find parts.
You won't know till you ask.
What is the worst that can happen?

Quick story.
The factory running boards I got for my Jeep. $75 in almost perfect condition except they were green and my Jeep is black.
The guy was a 600 mile round trip from me. I wanted them bad. But did not want to drive it.
They are a rare factory option but not really worth the money that people sometimes ask for them.
Usually around $250 when they do come up. Plus nobody really wants them.
Anyway talking to the guy in PA he mentioned that he did contract work in Rome, NY.
At the auto parts store I work at we have a customer from Rome, NY doing contract work in CT.
I talked to our customer and he said if I get them to this place he does business in Rome, NY
with he will get them down to me. The guy in PA was OK with that. Got him paid first of course.
Well $75 and a 30 pack of Bud Light later guess what?
Our customer did not want anything but I had to do something.
And just so you know I did not cheap out on the beer. It is what they drink. LOL.

haha I understand ! I’ve bought vehicles and items all over the US . We’ve flown to drive vehicles and did 24 hour drives without rest for them ... when I vehicle shop I search all over the country because for me sometimes the fun part is the adventure getting it home ! I haven’t done a ton of used parts or items for the Jeep yet but am not against it at all. The guy with the box wasn’t willing to ship at all !

OK was hoping it would not be this difficult but you are not dead in the water yet IMO.
First is the box something you want? Second what did he want and are you willing to pay it?
OK so maybe you know somebody in the area?
Maybe put out the word here and somebody in that area can help?
My social media participation starts and ends at the forums.
To be frank I think people share a little to much.
I don't do Facebook or any of that other stuff.
But if you do this might be an instance where it could come in handy.
Just requires a little more out of the box thinking.
I guess it boils down to how bad do you want this.
That story above I told you. I got lucky. But if it did not
work out that way I would have had to make the drive.
Or pay to get them shipped which I think he might have done.
That is how much I wanted those running boards.

Would someone deliver me a set of rust free doors for my 89 two door please?

I will give you a box of beer and a sack of pasties (the meat pie, not the nipple covering).

K thanks.

He’s priced too high so it’s really not worth it . Asking 150 and I believe you can get an enclosure with sub on some sites for 160.
