Load Sensing Valve Delete supplement
My rendition of the Load Sensing Valve(LSV) Delete.
There are 2 deffinitive routed you can go.
1. Retaining the MJ Distribution Valve, and hooking your soft line to the 7/16's fitting that runs from the "Snout" of the Distribution block.
a. Plug off the lower front port of the Distribution block using a bolt with the same thread pattern and length as the flare fitting.
b. Hook your new soft line (napa part #38624) to the 7/16's fitting that hooked to the passenger side of the LSV. See black hose in picture.
2. Using a XJ/ZJ Distribution block and connecting the rear soft line to the 3/8's fittings at the "T" fitting. This is the route i chose.
Unhook the 3/8's Lines at the "T" fitting here:
Using this coupler, hook them together:
Your new soft line will now be hooked to the end of this line as normal(replaces your old short soft line, i used standard XJ extended lines)
To swap in the XJ Distribution valve, just unhook each line from the MJ block, and swap in the XJ valve. You will not use the line that comes off the "snout" of the MJ valve.
