The tale of SuperMJ

No, I don't lick fish.
Has anyone ever eliminated that vent on the bottom and moved the climate controls into that spot?

Finally had time to build up the relay-fuse PDC thingy that I got from CR-Snow here.
That's how it gonna look like when the cover is on.
All the relays in... need to buy fuses.
Wiring completed, with 4 gauge main cable feeding into it. Each circuit is color coded.
The plans for it are;
Yellow; air compressor
Orange; flush-mounted LEDs on rear bumper
Blue; 20" led light bar on front bumper
Red; two 2x3 led light pods for the cargo
Tan; hopefully would like to install amber flush mounted LEDs on the front bumper for foggy weather.
The remaining 5 circuits will power my
-underhood led light
-12v mirror with compass and temp that I got from a member here (a GM mirror)
-12v switch panel inside the cab
-.... well crap. I forgot. I had it all written down in the garage Lol

So now I found that piece of paper where I wrote the list for the planned circuits..
Fused/relayed circuits
-yellow; air compressor
-orange; rear bumper flush mounted LEDs
-blue; 10" led light bar
-red; cargo led pods
-tan; probably flush mounted amber leds for front bumper
Fused circuits
-black; switch panel 12v
-pink; underhood lights
-gray; spare
-purple; GM mirror with temp/compass.
-green; spare
I ll have switches in the dash for the following stuff;
Air compressor
Front locker
Front bumper 10" LEDs
Rear bumper flush LEDs
Cargo LEDs pods
Amber LEDs
E-fan override
Horn
Here's the picture of the lumen power I have...
And before u say anything. No I didn't do full blown **** waffle retard on the lights lol. It just so happened that over the years I acculumatsd those through fire sales, trades, etc.
As it turns out I forgot that I had two extra led pods and two rock lights. So I guess I may have to incorporate those somehow. Maybe four light pods for the cargo? Maybe two fixed and two swivels in case im working on a project on the side of the MJ and needed lights down that way? Or a 10" bar and two pods up front?
What should I do with the rock lights? I won't be doing rockcrawling with the MJ so I doubt I ll install them under the front fenders.

Put the rock lights in the bottom of the doors so when you open the door they light up the ground so if you drop something or there's a puddle or something you can see it in the dark.

In my 90 I removed the clock panel (mine had no clock), and broke a piece of aluminum sheet metal to fit that spot. Room for a trans temp gauge and a couple switches mounted below it. Very simple install and looks stock-ish.

The speedo now isn't working. Yay me. I guess it must have disconnected when I moved the instrument cluster slightly so I can pass the clock wiring next to it.

Had a bit of time so I took the dash bezel off to remove the radio and take a look at how it's constructed behind.... doesn't look too good if I relocated the climate controls down there but **** it. It ll happen regardless.
Then I swapped in the renix clock so I can finally tell the time. Lol

Finished up the connectors at the ends of the harnesses on the new PDC.
Traded a set of battery cables for a JCROffroad DIY front bumper.
The cables is gonna go in their JCRmanche. Can't wait to see how that turns out....
I guess I should look around for amber fog lights so I know what size to cut out on the bumper.
Any recommendations

You do some quality electrical work. PDC is looking good. You mind posting up a list of your sources for the materials you use? I have trouble finding quality wire and connectors.
