your best bet is to measure for the driveshafts when the truck is swapped and sitting on its own wheels. this is what I had to do when I had my 2wd shaft cut down for the 4x4. you need to take 3 measurements one with the truck sitting with nothing in the bed. one with around 500 pounds in the bed to make the suspension squat hard. the last one you need to have the rear axle at full drop. i did this buy lifting the rear bumper with a forklift and letting the rear axle hang. when you take you measurements measure from the bottom of the c when the ujoint fits in to the other bottom of the c. if you do that and take it to a drive shafts shop then can cut it down for you cost me only 50$ here
