Little help from my friends at the forum

Have converted my commanche to 4wheel.drive.and got it all going, thanks for all your advice.
now .I have another problem with it.
Put new caliers, rotors and pads on front diff but when I tighten front lugs down the wheels don't turn as they hit calipers or something. Question is have I got the wrong calipers or wrong wheels. If I shim the rotors out bout one lock washer it's ok but my lugs keep coming loose. Any input ????

Washers between rotor and hub, or rotor and wheel?

Hub clearance

Been putting them behind rotors. Forgot about them till now been busy with other upgrades.

Your rotors are to Deep. Use the rotors that came with your donor axle, not your 2wd rotors.

Rotors ?

Rotors and pads and calipers all new. Should be right depth but two wheel rotors totally different so is it my rims as only one rotor is listed ??

Your wheels likely have nothing to do with it since have to put the washers behind the rotor.. Use the lug nuts to tighten the rotors to the hub with out the wheels and washers. What happens?

I think you have the wrong unit bearing and caliper combo. This video explains what I am saying:
