1989 2x4 2.5L Comanche crank no start

Hi I just picked up my second 2.5 L Jeep I have no clue what I’m doing? Help me please. So I got a truck it sat for 10 years and it has spark but will not run I tried starting fluid and nothing. So. I looked in the throttle body and I see liquid not sure what it is so I drain the tank and the fuel is blue? Why ? And that’s how far I have gotten. They said they coated the fuel tank new plugs cap rotor plug wires and new battery and other stuff I replaced the coil and it’s cradle and have a cps ready to go in but thought I should ask here first be for I wast more time and money! Thank you guys that run this site you have help me a few times your awesome

Cheese and rice, it was 26 hours between your 2 posts. Maybe be a little patient?

Right start draining the tank, I would flush the lines as well as clean/test the injectors, clean the TB, and verify spark is good...if to can't get it to fire even with starting fluid, might be weak spark. Basic refresh of the fuel delivery and spark verification then post back with results.

Sat for 10 years?
Could be the pump itself...
not only that the pump has a rubber hose connecting the pump to the fuel lines on the fuel sending unit that probably deteriorated...
quick test would grab starter spray and spray Into he throttle body to see if the trucks starts if it starts it’s the pump areA...
