Transmission issue.. South Point Jeep In Austin sold me a lemon

Guys
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but I have a 2015 Cherokee sport with the 9 speed transmission.
It jumps from 1st to 3rd gear, and back from 3rd to 1st.
Jeep National and A local service manager have both admitted that there is no current fix for the problem.

The dealer I purchased from South Point Jeep in Austin has been terrible to work with.
National Customer service just gives me the run around.

This has become a terrible situation. I had a Wrangler that had no issues but this vehicle has left me on the side of the road once and has never been right.
It has 24K miles.. and I want to dump it.

Sorry to hear it, again. There is a recurring issue with the 9-speed automatic. Here is a link to one of the threads, located in the KL Cherokee section.

Maybe trade the 9 speed auto for the 7 speed manual. :)

when so many report complete transmission replacements, why won't they do that for you? Or how about the pertinant module?

That is and easier shift pattern that what the old 4020 John Deer tractors had believe it or not!

We leased a 200 and it goes from 3rd to 1st hard coming up to a light. Borderline dangerous since the car will leap forward if you aren't hard on the brakes. ZF and Chrysler need to get their act together. Maybe Google can program a transmission?
