Does anyone know how to get my rear windows to come all the way down
2013 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk? I know its a safety feature but is there a hack
or a way around the half rolled window problem?

I don't think it's a safety feature--I believe that's as low as they can go due to the curve in the door frame to accommodate the rear wheel well. There's literally no place for the glass to go.

I could be wrong though...and I'm sure someone will know for sure.

Watchful has it right. It's caused by the lack of space for the glass caused by the door design. The dealers will tell you it's a safety feature so kids don't stick their bodies out, but that's not the truth. On my WJ, there's a short piece of stationary glass and window track in the rear portion of the door. That's to allow as much of an opening as possible because of the wheel well cutout in the door and still match the body lines. For safety, there is a childguard lever on the back door jamb to prevent the inside handle from opening the door and a window lock-out switch on the driver's door console.
