(New member) Popping/clicking while turning

Recently got a 2015 latitude 4x4. Everything is great except when turning there’s a like popping sound from the front end when turning slow like parking.
I took a video with my phone but don’t know how to post it.....
What could this sound be??

You probably have bad CV joints on your axle shafts. Look under the front and look for a broken rubber boot on one of the axle shafts.

Hey I really appreciate it. I'm not exactly a "car guy" but I'll today when I can.
Super frustrating I've literally had it for 3 weeks and just didn't notice the sounds when I test drove it.

Sounds like my knee.

Hey Kori may have to take you up on that.
Just picked Jeep up from shop # 2. This last one was a Jeep mechanic. Both gave the car back "baffled" as to what the sound could be. They hear it and pinpointed where they think it is coming from but everything checked out underneath.
ugh!

There is an open TSB for front suspension sound when turning, especially in colder weather... the fix is application of "special" grease on the strut mounts. I took mine in (2014 latitude 4x4) for this issue and they found both strut mounts were broken, apparently a common issue.

do you know the TSB number??
As for the strut mounts, wouldn’t the two shops I took it to shoulda been able to see that the strut mounts were broken? Not sure how easy it is to diagnose though.

You can try 02-004-15.. .that should get you in the ballpark. As far as should it have been diagnosed before I don't know... I took it in requesting the TSB and they told me both front strut mounts were broke... not sure where or to what extent.
