Yep! I even had a new trans put in and it still shifts hard. good luck...

On rare occasions, yes--but it's easy for me to downshift it and get the acceleration back in a split-second.

Usually it happens after a stop sign or a right turn on red--the trans thinks I'm coming to a fairly long stop and doesn't downshift right away. Then, if I hit the throttle, I can sometimes experience a drag...and instead of being in first or second gear like I should be, it actually has me in second or third. Last week, I popped it into manual and saw it had me in 4th gear. A quick downshift revved the engine right up and I got full acceleration back.

Since I routinely use the manual shifting mode for all sorts of driving, I don't get too annoyed by that.
