flat towing

new to the forum. i'm looking at a 2015 Cherokee limited 4wd, v-6, 3.2l. I am getting mixed answers on whether I can flat tow this jeep behind my motorhome. could I get a qualified answer here? tried calling jeep but they can't help out because I am not the owner.---thanks

I think you need the Active Drive II with the 2 speed transfer case.

If you have the Active Drive 1 you can NOT flat tow it If you have the Active Drive 2 option code DFJ or the Active Drive Lock then yes you can flat tow them. the Active Drive 1 / and Active Drive 2 could be in the limited so will need to check it
If it has the select terrain dial then NO on tow if it has a low range option then it also has a neutral so can be towed

You Need to Have Either the Active Drive 2 it will be on the Jeep on Left Rear or Neutral Switch to Flat Tow
