Film on inside windshield on new 2017 cherokee

I keep getting a film on the inside of my front window on my 2017 jeep Cherokee latitude. The dealership says it normal but seems strange.

It is normal. It is from fumes that evaporate out of the dash vinyl. Happens on just about everything.
