Any news on a fix for the clunk? Dealer has replaced left control arm, left axle and CV joint and left front hub and bearing assembly and still no fix on mine. Did any of you take yours back to the dealer for repair?
I know we all have 2019 Limited with V6 and 4X4. Does everybody have a 3.21 final gear ratio?
I'm beginning to fear it is the transmission.

Dealer never mentioned if they received any response on the report. They replaced the left front hub, bearing and control arm on that visit. I don't know if that was a local decision or from Jeep. Still not fixed. How about you?

Brought mine in yesterday. Dealer could not hear clunk. Even I had a hard time hearing it - colder weather now...maybe that's why. I'll just wait till something fails. $141 for nothing....Ziegler Jeep in Schaumburg Illinois....ripoff.

Aren’t you going to contact the dealer and inquire about the results of that star report that they submitted to Chrysler? After all the repairs that have been made to your vehicle to no avail, it appears that the techs at the dealership you take it to are befuddled.

I have a brand new 2019 Cherokee 4x4 limited with V6. When coasting or cruising from 30-40 MPH If I touch the gas there is a single clunk like a plastic deep sounding part. Has anyone noticed this on theirs? I think its only when the A/C is on, but I think I heard it with A/C off today.

I just got my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited V6 yesterday. It had 8 miles on it and I drive a long ways for work and back so I have 120 miles on it. I also notice when coasting about 40mph and then accelerate it does like a grind/clunk sound. It does not do this any other time.
Is this just the engine breaking in?

This sounds like the nut on the pinion bearing is loose or the crush sleeve is crushed too far on installation. Dam Chryslers! Dave!?

I brought it into the dealer today and they didn't know either what it was. They took another brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited for a test drive and it did the same thing. We are noticing it 40-55mph. My dad said it sounds more like a clunk. They said to keep an eye on it. If it gets louder than bring it in. So far there are no recalls/updates for any issue like that.

I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited V6 at the beginning of May. I bought the vehicle with only 14 miles on it. At about 200 miles is when I started to hear the clunking noise when touching the gas while coasting. I don't even have 2,000 miles on the car and I am so frustrated with the noise and the dealer. The dealer opened a case with STAR but they claim that there is nothing that can be done at this time. I have filed a claim with Chrysler and am still getting no where. I love this car but ready to take this to the next step. The noise is only getting worse and I am becoming concerned that my family is not safe in the car.
