I like the fact they advertise a 4" lift, which is complete **** unless you are talking about lifting a FWD cherokee which has 2" less ground clearance than even the non TH 4x4 models.

From facebook posts it appears their customer service sucks and their products suck as well.

If you want to lift on a budget consider the Hazard Sky Lift

Wait!, where did you get the four inch lift thing? The product says two inches lift and that is OK. Do you work for the competition? The original "two" inch lifts were people in their garages that figured it out. Now anyone working on these knows that you are effectively limited to about two inches on these due to the way they are designed and the geometry of the system. Spacers are spacers and theirs look like they would work as well as anyone's and if you look at the prices of everyone else, you know someone is making big bucks for a little bit of metal. All the R and D has been done by others on this concept. So, I'd give them a chance at least... Your point, if true, about customer service is a different story. Quality of product? also a different story. I would like more objective comments from others.

I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk, I also have no Need for a 4"Lift at this Time. Maybe Later

Was Just wondering if Anyone has anything Positive or Negative about American Trail Products

Bear in mind that with lifts of this type that you sacrifice that 2" of down travel. Your overall articulation will stay the same, limited by your shocks

No I don't work for the competition, i'm just very active with this platform and their social media presence has been less than stellar and customer service even worse.

http://americantrailproducts.com/40-...it-_p_100.html

They advertise a 4" lift for a Cherokee KL, which is complete bull**** because most people who lift own either a trailhawk or ADI cherokee, and neither of those can be lifted 4" with just spacers and spring. Yes 3" can be done with the MFC Offroad lift + Dobinson suspension lift.

Now if you own a a FWD KL Cherokee with 6" of ground clearance factory then maybe you would gain 4" of clearance, but their kit does not lift a 4x4 or Trailhawk to give them over 12" of clearance.

You want some more objective comments, join some of the facebook KL groups and you'll get the info there.

I see your link and that is a load of manure on a four inch lift. That will do nothing but destroy your suspension.

So my original point still stands, they are full of crap and they false advertise

Shmohawk 01-03-2019 02:34 PM

What did everyone else do to Lift the 14-19 Cherokee?

3 Options
1 Hazard Sky 1.5" lift (what I run) ~$100 Spacers
2 MFC Offroad 2" lift $475 Spacers
3 Dobinson Suspension Lift 1" Shocks/Struts/Spring ~$800

Bang for buck is hazard sky, MFC is a good choice, MFC also has dealers across the country that will install the lift kit at a dealer as well.

Thanks for all the Help, I went with 1.5" Hazard Sky Lift - Now for new Tires
