2019 Cherokee Latitude touchscreen issues
 

Our 2019 latitude touchscreen went nuts today switching entirely on it's own from radio to media to climate etc. Turns on ac and rear defroster on it's own, won't stop trying to connect media device and won't stay switched off media to radio.
major brain fart.
Any solution appreciated

My 2019 has been a little glitchy lately, the temperature sometimes goes to cold and instead of pushing the heat arrow up you have to push the cold arrow down more and it jumps to the top, the USB connections aren't always recognized, the backup camera doesn't always come on, screen sometimes won't come on. I'm taking it in next Monday to see if there is a software or firmware update for it
