2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Rear Park Distance Sensors
Does anyone know if the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude is wired for these sensors, in other words is there a wire harness behind the rear bumper? I called one Chrysler dealer and they did not know. Thank you.

Once added, the sensors would have to be programmed in via the OBD-II port in the far bottom left-hand corner near the pedals... I wouldn't think it's pre-wired. You had to get *AT LEAST* the Limited, I believe, to get the ParkSense system, which included BOTH the rear backup sensors AND the rear-view backup camera system. The system uses your Jeep's factory speakers to play the SONAR beep sounds, so it would also need to be tied into your Jeep's factory radio. But no, your Jeep probably wasn't pre-wired for backup sensors... anything that wasn't factory-installed isn't pre-wired. For example, on my 2002 Grand Cherokee, I only have a power front driver's seat, but NO power front passenger's seat... there's NO wiring underneath of the floor to hookup a power front passenger's seat since my Jeep never came with one to begin with.
Hope this helps
