XJ Reformation
Good day all!
Becoming an XJ owner has been a long awaited dream come true for me! I was very fortunate to this one as it is almost where I wanted to end up. Nothing to extreme since it is my daily driver, BUT I do enjoy venturing off road from time to time... About every weekend!
Anyway... here is a pic of Her Majesty, Queen Esther!
Bought her with 107,790 miles, the dealer installed the lift; 3" Front/2" Rear from Fat Bob's Garage, and the custom wheels and 31x10.5x15 tires.
After purchase I completely rebuilt the cooling system; all hoses, radiator, water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt. That was fun... FYI, time management is key... installing the new water pump at 2am means getting to reinstall it again the next day because in my brain fog I forgot the gasket sealant!
I had my mechanic replace the front driver u-joint and steering stabilizer because doing suspension work, honestly, scares me... A LOT. Rather have a pro do that...
What's next you ask? Quick disco's, ditch the flares, trim the fenders front and back a bit, modify the front bumper end caps, find an OEM swing out tire carrier (or fab my own), fab a roof rack, new A/T tires, and last but not least replace the stock fuel tank with a 32 gallon steel tank... think that's all...
Excited to be here and excited to see how she evolves!
Soli Deo Gloria!

Saint Issachar comes from a while back...
Saint, because Jesus gave me life, (That makes my Roman Catholic friends twitch).
Issachar was one of the sons of Israel, the name means, a strong donkey crouching between two sheepfolds. One of my mentors called me a son of Issachar. Not so much because I am strong like a donkey but more so because I am stubborn like a donkey.
Her Majesty Queen Esther comes from one of my favorite books in the Bible... The Book of Esther. She was created for "Such a time as this..." In my opinion, My XJ is a gift from my Father GOD and to be used in a manor that glorifies HIM.
I strive to live my life Soli Deo Gloria, (for God's glory alone)!
