Welcome from Montana!

What are your plans for your ZJ?

On a side note, most Jeep owners refuse to refer to their vehicle as a car, it's a Jeep!

haha sorry. this is my first vehicle and it's a JEEP

as for my plans.. not much at the moment. my dad doesn't want me putting much into it since it has really high miles. but i'll most likely get some cool stuff for it.
off the bat i want big *** tires. umm then idk. haha
thanks for the welcome!

No problem. Don't worry about the mileage, many Jeep owners get at least 300k miles out of the 4.0L if they're well maintained. If not, it's not that expensive to rebuild the engine. Check out the ZJ portion of the forum for lots of good ideas and info.

Welcome from Texas. Glad you joined us. Rebuilt or remanufactured motors are pretty cheap and plentiful. You may get the 300,000 that Montana suggested but if not we will help you through a rebuild or engine swap.
As for the big tires that will require a lift too so we are also able to assist there too.
Again Welcome to CF.

I am personally more knowledgeable about the XJs (non-grand Cherokees)but that does not mean we don't have ZJ & WJ guys to help you out. But I can tell you that the lifts are only a few hundred bucks and the tires are also about $400-600 a set so start saving your nickles and dimes and soon you will be driving a lifted killer GC.
BTW if we are gonna keep up this conversation about the Jeep we need to do it somewhere besides the introduction area.
