Hello!
Just got my first jeep here. 1989 Wagoneer Limited. Bought it because I have some knowledge of the 4.0l I6 and this one is in good condition.
Got it for $1000 from a guy the was a slacker on the maintenance so there is some initial work to be done.
While looking for parts and doing a bit of research I found that most of my searches turned up parts for a Cherokee XJ. So this is my question for the real humans and not the internet.
Are the only differences between to two the "luxury" interior and the headlight/grille assembly?
Can I by parts for the Cherokee if a search doesn't doesn't come up with anything for a Wagoneer limited?
I'm sure this will not be the last obvious question I post.

Reason: Adding pic
Engine: 4.3L with headers and full 3" exhaust system
Nice looking XJ. Yes, the Wagoneer designation is just a trim level. As far as the mechanical parts go, they are XJ Cherokee parts. There is a 1" difference in suspension hight with the up country package. Also there was an optional Dana 44 rear axle for those years too

Got all new brake parts today and the vacuum harness coming tomo. Time to dive in.
That info is going to make finding new seats a lot easier I think too.
