Question Thinking about buying this Cherokee

New guy here from Colorado looking at selling the Power Wagon for a Cherokee. Was wanting to hear what the experts have to say. Anything I should look for when I give this rig the once over? Thanks for the replies in advance.

eh...super clean jeep and super low mileage...but I don't see spending 10k on a mildly built xj.
