trying to change crankshaft sensor
I am trying to install a new crank sensor in 2001 Cherokee, finally got the old one out, incredibly difficult, but anyway, as I pulled out the old one I noticed it is magnetic, was sticking to metal, but the new one I got is not magnetic, does that mean it is no good? I don't want to install it and then have to take it out, thanks

You will have much better chance of getting your issue answered if you post it in the correct part of the forum. Most are not looking for answering questions in the Introduction section.
