Hi all! New guy here... I've been a peripheral user for a couple of weeks and find the forum super useful. I just bought a 98 XJ with 143K on the ticker from a little old lady.
I'm at the point where just being a peripheral user and using the search function just isn't going to cut it anymore.

Rust, rust, rust... anything mechanical that comes up.
replacing an alternator on Monday.
bonus comes in April then I’ll actually invest in something I guess.
Goal is is to have rust done and primered by bonus time. Crossing fingers - I’ve never dealt with rust before.
