Default nobbie here

where to start. well i use to have a 95 yj with 7" of lift and 33-12.50 bfgs on it. sold it and got into mustangs and now have traded my 85 gt for a 89 xj. i really like mustangs but there is just somthing about a jeep. the jeep is stock now but i have some plans already in mind, like 4 1/2 lift and some bigger tires. like i said i'm not new to jeeps i also had a 78 fj20 and loved it. look forward to talking to some of yall and hopefully meeting and wheeling too. oh does anyone know of any good trails around bowling green ky. i know of LBL but i think a lot of it is overrated.

Welcome to the forum. I live in Radcilff, Ky (Fort Knox). Only trail i know of down there is the one in harlan county. Then there is HIllz and Hollarz up torwards lexington. Then is more of an Intro than a cherokee chat question so I am moving this to Intro's.

Hey no prob. That is what I am here for . I have found that most wheeling trips i want to make I have to be prepared to drive atleast an hour to get there. So I plan the day out and possibly the night if I camp. There are some great trails in Ky but I can't remember all the names of them.

Welcome to CF from Deep South Texas. Stryker is the man in Ky. He can help you find whatever is available.
Being not new to Jeepin' and being new to XJs are two different animals entirely. If you run into a XJ problem then post it up and someone will try to help you even if that means pointing you to stuff to read but if the answer is known by one of us we will post that for you, as well.

Looking forward to those pics. Get a lot and get an underhood shot too. That is always my favorite and most ppl omit it.
