Hello All.
I found this site, when looking up some info on a Cherokee that my dad and myself recently purchased. I have had Toyota's for the past 12 years, and they have never let me down. The older Toyota's were better than the newer ones that they sell today.
I recently found a 1995 Cherokee 4x4 Sport. I bought it from a friend of a friend who husband passed away. It has 148,000 miles, and was mostly used to be towed behind an RV. Its needs some work, has a few oil leaks, and had to put new shocks on it as the front were shot, but it runs great. It just needs a lift.
This will be another project or money pit that we will have. My Dad and myself did this a few years back. Its still street legal, sort of.....

Welcome, from Wisconsin. Nice Jeep. And I love V dub's. They are the best dollar per horsepower, motor there is. I built six Baja Bugs, In my time. Used to run them at Crandon Wisconsin. When their off road coarse, was just opening up. (25 yrs. ago) I keep telling my wife, I'll build one more VW, If I can ever get my hands on a semi decent shape "Karma Ghia". I Could always go to Mexico, and mail it back. Piece by piece. I guess.
