My name is Josh i am from southern indiana. I was looking for a cheaper alternative and weekend toy. and i ran across this down the road from me yesterday. Good deal that i couldn't pass up. It's a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0 HO 4x4 Auto. It's got plenty of power and it's really clean with only 113,000 miles on it. It's going to be the new DD/ Weekend toy. I plan on going with a small lift and 31's or 33's in the near future.

Sorry for the pics they were taken with my blackberry. I will get some better ones when i clean it up and put some wax on it.

Welcome from Deep South Texas. Nice Jeep you picked up. Too bad you couldn't find a "RED" one. Ha Ha!!!
What is the origin of the Screen name. You also have a Ranger?

Well glad you got the Jeep and again welcome to the addiction/lifestyle!

Sounds good. And it's too cheap to disclose at this time. But the transmission is leaking a little from the front seal behind the torque converter. But i am going to get it up on the lift and get that taken care of asap.

Yeah red one's are hard to come by ain't they. LOL

My screename is from my truck which is a 1991 Ford Ranger with a 2.3 Turbo engine. I drag race it and it's also my weekend toy. It's around 400 rwhp in race tune.

And i try to keep everything i own turbo usually. I have to many turbo cars to count on two hands that's for sure. I love the boost. But the jeep will stay stock engine wise.
The 4.0 has plenty of power for what i do with it.
