New XJ owner
Hey everyone, my name is Chip. I just bought my first Jeep about a week ago. It's a 1996 Cherokee Sport, that needs some love. 150K miles, auto, 4.0L. Here's a couple pics:
The good news is, it only set me back $1,000, the engine runs perfect, tranny shifts great, and it drives fine. The bad news is, RUST! Floor pans are rotted pretty bad:
I already ordered replacement floor pans, which will show up tomorrow hopefully.
So anyway I'm gonna have a few technical questions as I'm getting everything fixed, and I'll post those questions in the appropriate areas of the forum. But just wanted to introduce myself first. That's all, I look forward to getting to know everyone on here!
