new from West Tennessee
Hello,
New to the forum, new to off roading, and new to XJs. I've been into cars/trucks as long as I can remember. My Dad and older Brother are big into hot rodding. I've been wanting a project of my own for a long time now. So, I decided to get into trail riding. To me it seemed alot better than hot rodding. Those guys spend a ton of money and hours on there cars but mostly sit around in lawn chairs looking at each other at shows and stuff. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Thought off roading be be more fun because you get to actually "play" with your "toy". Got my 96 cherokee about a month ago. Put on a Rough Country 3" lift(coils and add-a-leaf) and 31" Pegasus Advanta A/T tires. Picked up a Detour Offroad Backbone winch mount and a Warn VR8000 winch that I haven't installed, yet. I live in west Tenn, but plan on doing most of my wheeling in east Tenn with my younger brother. He lives in Knoxville. I've been reading alot of threads on here. Great stuff. Gives me tons of ideas for my build. Thanks.

Welcome, if you have any questions ask away. There are lots of knowledgeable people on this site.
I should warn you though, use the search function first. Some of the older gents get a little grumpy at repeat questions.
