New from Tennessee
Hi everybody. I'm new to the forum but not so new to Jeeps.
I am an ASE certified mechanic and also certified as a GM service technician. I currently work in private security and pimp my wrenching out on the weekends for extra money until I can afford to open my own shop at which time I will do nothing but fix cars and build full on bug out vehicles.
I found your forum while searching for a few solutions on Google and have got to say that this place is now the first place I look (other than alldata) when I have Cherokee issues.
I hope to have the time to contribute here but there just aren't enough hours in the day for me to get everything done anymore.
When I get the time, I will post the build pics of my ground up rust bucket build. It is a 94 XJ Sport 4x4 with the 4.0 and it has been fun so far. I am building it super cheap and have documented the process meticulously.
Right now I'm up to about $1,900 and all that is left is wheels, tires, paint, and some buttoning up. When it is all said and done, it should be like brand new and under $3,000 total including the donor vehicle.
Special thanks to Ebay and JC Whitney for providing the worlds cheapest parts.
So anyway, I'm glad to be here.

If you head over here, I started a build thread and am posting as fast as I can find where I saved the pictures and upload them.
