new to the site.
Hi every one my name is Dan. I just got a 1998 Cherokee Classic. I have owned a TJ before this is my first XJ. Right now it is bone stock and in great condition with 226,000 miles. It is flame red with a grey interior. Automatic Trans and 231 transfer case. Just have to change the track bar and clean the NSS and it will be perfect. Can't wait to start doing some mods and getting out on the trails.

Welcome to CF.
I owned 4 xjs before I got a TJ..and hated myself. TJ just didnt have enough room for me.
Got rid of it in favor of a Grand Cherokee.

Welcome to CherokeeForum. I also prefer the XJ to the TJ. I do somewhat like the 4door JKs though. (except for the price)

Been on the site for a little while but haven't actually posted to much mainly I'm having a problem it won't let me post on certain threads. Anyway I got a 88 xj back in June and put a little lift on her and just recently built my own long arms and locked the front now she is really fun.
