New to the Jeep world
Hey guys/girls, this forum seems great.
I am from NW suburbs of Chicago. I just picked up a well used (project) 91 Cherokee Laredo. It has 33x12.50's and appartently 6 inches of lift. I look forward to learning more about the jeep and helping where I can.

Thanks for the welcomes...
The doors are already removable, hence the different color I believe. The first thing I did was rear brakes (shoes, wheel cylinders, machined the drums, and hard lines) all steering linkages, front pads and rotors. I am in the process of replacing and re wiring the headlight switch, connector melted worse than I have ever seen. Repair the wiring for the electric for the doors. LCA drop brackets, all u-joints, ball joints. Basically get it safe and reliable for the winter. Oh, and have to make and weld an upper shock mount for the front left, the hole is huge for some reason...
I'm sure there is more that needs to be done, but I bought it knowing it was a project so...
